I’m going to accept Alleycat & VarunG’s answers, since they discovered something that I didn’t know myself- that the guy in the middle in the second pic from Asterix at the Olympics also starred in a Lucky Luke film as well.
The answer that interested me and which I thought was far more relevant, was that in the comicbook – Asterix at the Olympics – there are only two judges , and they were one of the few ‘cameo appearances’ by Uderzo & Goscinny, who created Asterix and Lucky Luke i.e. botht the judges were based on them.

Elie Semoun (center) played Dr. Doxey in the movie Les Dalton based on Lucky Luke comics.
Hmmm. Don’t know how specific you want us to be. I’ll just say that that’s Til Schweiger in the first pic playing Lucky Luke, the original comic book version of which was written for a long time by Rene Goscinny, who also wrote Asterix And Cleopatra, which was made into a movie, a still of which is what I’m guessing the second picture is.

Movie connect: Elie Semoun has featured in the live action “Lucky Luke” movie (as Dr. Doxey ) and also as the middle character “Omega” in the 2nd pic.
